Lighten up. Play more. Laugh more

I have been having a particularly hard day today. It's one of those days that I keep beating myself up. And all I wanted to do was come home and cuddle with the dogs--but sadly they were soaking wet from the rain. I came across this quote and it lightened my spirit a little.

You are the creator of your own experience. Be easy about all of this. Life is supposed to be fun. Lighten up. Play more. Laugh more. Make more fun of more things. Hang around with people who make you laugh. Go to places that make you feel good. Make the best of every situation. Look for the positive aspects of where you live. Look for things to do. Keep your mind busy. Focus upon things that feel good. Bring many people into your life. Make more decisions in every day. Have fun with all of this. Life is supposed to be fun.
