Relax, trust, and just be

I am seeing the first of many many new clients on Monday. I am very excited and am setting the intention of just relaxing and being present. It is a couple, and I love working with couples. I love that sense of deep connection with others and feel privileged to hear stories that are close to the hearts of my clients.

I have been asking to trust more...and this week I have seen some changes. I went to a family constellation workshop on Friday and did a very unusual 10 minute constellation of my own. And last week I had some energy work done. I can feel the movement in my body and in my spirit.
